Ans: Yes, for custom printing services, there is a minimum order quantity (MOQ) required. The MOQ for our custom printed cups and food contaier products is set at 50,000 pieces. This ensures that the printing process is cost-effective for both parties and allows us to provide high-quality customization services.

 Here is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for some of our custom printed products:

  1. Custom printed paper cup and paper food container: 50,000 pieces.
  2. Custom printed PP cup: 50,000 pieces.
  3. Custom printed PET cup: 50,000 pieces.
  4. Custom printed PLA cup and food container: 50,000 pieces.
  • Please note that the MOQ mentioned above is subject to change and may vary depending on the specific customization requirements. We are committed to working closely with our clients to meet their needs and provide customized solutions.


Q2:
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for export?

Ans: Regarding sea shipping, for export orders, it is best if your order quantity can make up a 20' or 40' container as it helps to reduce the cost of freight per unit. If you are interested in purchasing other goods in Taiwan and exporting them together, we can assist in container loading and consolidation, provided that at least half of the containers are filled with OLAPAK products.

2. The specific product name, capacity, and any accompanying pictures.
3. Your estimated order quantity.

Q3: Can I apply for product samples?

Ans: Yes, you may apply for samples to test our products before making a purchase. We provide free samples, but we kindly request that you cover the shipping costs. However, for large sample orders, an additional fee may be requested. Please note that if the samples you request are not currently in stock, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

 To apply for samples, please provide us with the following details:

1. The specific products you would like to receive samples of.
2. Your name.
3. Delivery address.
4. Phone number.
5. VAT/TAX ID (if applicable in your country).
6. Confirmation that you agree to cover the shipping costs.

 Once we have this information, we will process your request, prepare the samples, and send you confirmation.
